Nautilus uses inotify to trigger updates of the file metadata it has in
its cache. Bazaar-specific metadata for files doesn't trigger that
inotify, so nautilus' view doesn't get updated.
We should probably get nautilus to updated all of the files in a
workingtree whenever the dirstate file for that working tree changes
(something which we can also monitor by using inotify).
