Bug Description
pocl FTBFS on riscv64 since switching from LLVM 12 to LLVM 13.
pocl only built on riscv64 in Ubuntu previously because it was built with the nocheck profile.
Please remove the riscv64 binaries from kinetic release:
libpocl-dev
libpocl2
pocl-opencl-icd
Reverse dependencies either never built on riscv64, or were remove from riscv64 previously (see LP: #1979297)
