Bug Description

Xubunty Gutsy Gibbon

Desktop icons don't keep their arrangement upon reboot when they are horizontally aligned across the bottom of the screen. They revert back to their default positions. FYI, there is no panel on the bottom.

They do, however, keep their placcement when they are horizontally arranged across the top of the screen.
