Bug Description
Crystal currently fails to build since it has a dependency on itself with the same version number [1]
When experimenting in a Lunar VM, I found that crystal would build successfully if I used the existing binary from Debian to bootstrap the build. (May need to `dpkg --force-depends` to install the crystal binary since it has a dependency on libevent-2.1-7 which is renamed to libevent-2.1-7a in Ubuntu. The different package names didn't seem to impact the build itself)
