Bug Description

Hi, I saw a public report about ubuntu-release-upgrader here: https://twitter.com/popey/status/1606657771046420482

IMHO, these strings does not fit the situation because they are depend on user's internet speed + server's limitation + compute power of computer.

Can we make them a bit more obvious?

"Fetching and installing the upgrade can take several hours.
Once the download has finished, the process cannot be canceled."

"Installing the upgrade can take several hours.
Once the download has finished, the process cannot be canceled."

"Removing the packages can take several hours."

These warnings were first added a long time ago, so it is definitely worth modernizing. The "removing packages" one could likely be removed all together, or at least the threshold for showing the message should be increased.

Changed in ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu):
status: New → Triaged
importance: Undecided → Low

Brian pointed out bug 1874272, which might be justification to keep the warnings around.
