Bug Description
Pairtools started to build-depend on python3-pysam which is no longer available on s390x. Please remove the s390x binary packages of pairtools from lunar, these are:
python3-pairtools
python3-
python3-pairs tools only has a rever-recommends.
$ reverse-depends src:pairtools
Reverse-Recommends

$ reverse-depends src:pairtools -a source
No reverse dependencies found
