Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I think that the integration between rhythmbox and sound-juicer is a good thing but when you press the button to copy audio files to your library it seems that nothing happens. In fact the small progress bar at the bottom of the window isn't very visible and, unless you find it, you can't understand if the copy process is already started. A pop-up window would be great. It can have a message like this:
"Copy process started. Look at the progress bar on the bottom of the window to see the progress of the task" or something like this.

Yep, it would be useful to get informed about that. It would be also nice if it displays a message like "CD won't play until copied to library", or disable the play button.

It should display a message indicating that all files had been copied successfully/with errors.

not sure than adding extra dialog would be really useful, it would go in the user way, maybe you could directly open the bug on bugzilla.gnome.org which is the right place to discuss such behaviour changes since you seem to have an opinion on the topic and are better placed to argue there

closing that's not really a bug and something that should be discussed upstream rather
