Bug Description

JTREG [1] is a the Regression Test Harness for the OpenJDK platform that is required to run build-time tests and auto package tests for the OpenJDK packages.

OpenJDK requires a specific version of JTREG to be used for regression testing.
- OpenJDK 8,1 uses JTREG 5.1
- OpenJDK 17, 19 - JTREG 6.1.1 (note recommended version for 17 is 6.1)
- OpenJDK 20 onwards - JTREG 7.1

This requires making a version-specific package of JTREG and thus for OpenJDK 20 we need to package version 7 of JTREG regression test harness.
