Bug Description

msttcorefonts is uninstallable if we must use a http proxy.
flashplugin-nonfree have a http_proxy debconf key to fix this problem.
Seems a good idea to have the same in msttcorefonts.

This debdiff adds a debconf template to ask for a proxy from the user. If a proxy is entered, http_proxy is set when wget is called to download the fonts.

Benjamin: regarding bug #32933, could you extend the patch above to check for an existing value of '$http_proxy' in the environment and present this to the user as the default if it is present and set.
