Bug Description

Hi,
When trying to close olive-gtk, it shows the following exception:

Exception exceptions.TypeError: "'NoneType' object is not callable" in <bound method SFTPFile.__del__ of <paramiko.SFTPFile object at 0x92b176c>> ignored
Exception exceptions.AttributeError: "'NoneType' object has no attribute 'error'" in <bound method Popen.__del__ of <subprocess.Popen object at 0x91c078c>> ignored

This could be related to compiz crashing on my ubuntu gutsy, suddenly the menu bars dissappeared. A problem i ran into more with bzr-gtk.

Running bzr trunk 3270 and bzr-gtk trunk 452

If I read it correctly, the exceptions originate in paramiko. Is it maybe the case that you work in a folder that is mounted over sftp?

Also, do you still see the error message with current trunk (553)?
