Bug Description

pywebdav_0.10.0-1 does not pass the autopkgtests:
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-mantic/mantic/amd64/p/pywebdav/20230506_063619_a7008@/log.gz

debian/patches/01-recursive-properties.patch assigns a dict_keys object to namespaces but namespaces needs to be a list.

test/test_litmus.py uses a Unicode string with escape sequence '\d' instead of a regular expression.

The patch was merged in Debian, but there is no new version released, doing Ubuntu version.
Additionally there were extra fixed required to correct test parameters and skip unimplemented feature in the test suite.
