Bug Description

Ubuntu Desktop system (mantic) in LIVE QA-test...

problem reported on system start, before I actually started using the system properly (I was still trying to work out which mouse is used by this box; mouse pointer may have moved but not in any meaningful-operational way).

This thumb-drive was booted on the box above hp8200 next, ie.
- hp prodesk 400 g1 sff (i5-4570, 8gb, amd/ati cedar radeon hd 5000/6000/7350/8350)

WHERE I repeated as closely as I could what I did on hp8200 with exception that I did it ~faster, and had worked out which mouse it was extremely quickly (red glow from mouse was visible on this boxes mouse). No issues on hp.prodesk400

I suspect issue of this bug report is hp.8200 specific? but that's guess.
(wondering about trying hp.prodesk600 next, but may just use another box)
