[Impact]

This request is from MSFT LSG team to backport the MANA VLAN Tagging Support, the patch have been accepted upstream in and in the Linux next tree.

Ubuntu 23.04 (Lunar Lobster) has reached end of life, so this bug will not be fixed for that specific release.
