Bug Description
When I select Russian language in LiveCD boot menu, English language is not available for input in GUI. It's important, because English language is essential throughout the system.
The default Russian keyboard layout is also unsatisfactory, because it is obsolete.
I think, that the default keyboard layout for Russian language should be changed in xorg.conf to:
Option "XkbLayout" "us,ru"
Option "XkbVariant" ",winkeys"
Option "XkbOptions" "grp:alt_

There is the same problem when you upgrade from 7.10 to 8.04 and not only Xubuntu.
