Can't change settings in size & orientation in kcmshell4

Bug Description
Binary package hint: systemsettings-kde4
I just installed a fresh Kubuntu-KDE4 Alpha 6. I tried the new display settings in systemsettings (kcmshell4 display). I have no possibility to change any values as the apply button never becomes active.
The size and refresh rates are shown correctly and also a second pluged in screen is detected and the resolution of both screens is changed to one that fits both. But again no possibility to change. I tried with kdesudo kcmshell... but no effect

OpenGL vendor string: DRI R300 Project
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI R300 20060815 x86/MMX/SSE2 TCL
OpenGL version string: 1.3 Mesa 7.0.3-rc2

Confirmed. This is also present on the current LiveCD (hardy kde4 beta).
