Bug Description

rust-minijinja 0.34.0-1 has unsatisfiable dependency for running the autopkgtest:

```
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 librust-minijinja-dev : Depends: librust-aho-corasick-1-dev but it is not installable
                         Depends: librust-unicode-ident-1+default-dev (>= 1.0.5-~~)
                         Depends: librust-v-htmlescape-0.15+default-dev (>= 0.15.8-~~) but it is not installable
```

Several libraries need to be updated (i.e. synced from Debian):

* rust-aho-corasick from 0.7.19-1 to > 1.0
* rust-unicode-ident from 1.0.0-1 to > 1.0.5
* rust-v-htmlescape (not available in Debian)
