Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Crashed immediately after opening. Three tabs--Gmail and two from MusicBrainz--were open at the time. This crash has occurred for me a few times, and usually only when starting for the first time in a while.

Thanks for your report, do you have a few easy steps in order to trigger this crash? is this reproducible with another firefox profile? thanks.

Pedro,

Thank you for getting back to me. A surefire way of triggering this crash appears to be to try to switch to a different flash video clip while a flash video player is running. It is reproducible in a brand new ff profile. I am actually unsure FlushPendingEvents() is the culprit, so I reported the most recent crash as a new bug citing just a SIGSEGV crash.

Hope this helps.

Oops, sorry, I misread the description above. What I should have said was I was unsure my crash was related to FlushPendingEvents, and therefore belonged in this thread at all. Reported as a new bug now. I apologize for the confusion.

Pedro, I don't have specific reliable steps to reproduce this, but when it happens, it's when I'm closing Gmail. I'm disabling a few of my extensions (nothing new since upgrading to Firefox 3) to see if they're related, and I'll let you know if I narrow it down at all.
