Bug Description
I am using Hardy amd64 with all updates applied and Glest 3.0.0-0ubuntu1.
Whenever I start a game in Glest and try to send a unit to do something, Glest crashes instantly when the red arrow appears, showing where the unit is going. I did use autoconfig in the in-game menu (as proposed in the man entry), which recognized my ATI card and set the number of lights to 1.
This seems to be a problem of the ATI fglrx-driver 1:7.1.0- 8-3+2.6. 24.11-12. 31 I am using. The glest forum (www.glest.org) knows many problems with ATI drivers...
With the open source driver, it works. But as there is no 3d acceleration, it is quite unusable.
