Notes:

The pemmican utility monitors the Raspberry Pi 5 PMIC (Power Management IC) for issues (overcurrent, undervolt, etc). It provides interfaces for both console usage (via update-motd.d, for example on Ubuntu Server images) and graphical (via the DBus-based notification service, for example on Ubuntu Desktop images).

Test builds are available from ppa:waveform/pemmican (https://launchpad.net/~waveform/+archive/ubuntu/pemmican).

Thanks for the upload! The package looks great, just two things:
* The licensing question I asked already
* debian/watch is not entirely correct, running `uscan --no-download -vvv` gives me an error of not being able to find any releases. I made it work by using this instead:

opts=filenamemangle=s/.+\/v@ANY_VERSION@\.tar\.gz/@PACKAGE@_$1\.orig\.tar\.gz/ \
  https://github.com/waveform80/@PACKAGE@/tags .*/v@ANY_VERSION@\.tar\.gz

Could you fix those and re-upload? Thank you!
