Bug Description
Please sync rocprim 5.7.1-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
This version builds the tests for Navi 31, Navi 32 and Navi 33 GPUs. It also fixes test failures on Navi 22, Navi 23, Navi 24, and Rembrandt hardware.
The build log is attached and includes the build tests.
