Yellow bug summary should include a link to milestone

Bug Description
When looking at a bug, I see the yellow summary box, with headings Affects, Status, Importance, and Assigned To. It's not until I expand downward that I even get to see which milestone the bug is targeted for. However, there's no link to the actual milestones page.
Two u/i suggestions then.
1) include a heading called Milestone in the yellow summary
2) Link the milestone number to the actual project's milestones page.
