encrypted volumes aren't mounted after decrypting if raw device

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase

if the encrypted device is a raw device ie /dev/sdd rather than a partition ie /dev/sdd1 then after decrypting it isn't mounted

i presume the problem is with the section around line 272 of the patched version of kioslave/media/mediamanager/halbackend.cpp but i'm unsure of the best way to handle it with the complication of potentially lvm volumes also being on raw devices

it also fails if you have lvm on the crypto device,the issue seems to be that if you have an encrypted partition another hal thing is created after decrypting with a volume.fsusage = filesystem but with a raw device with a filesystem on it or lvm that doesn't occur

The media kio slave was never ported to KDE4, so this can't be fixed in future development versions of Kubuntu.
