Bug Description
Though all the tests pass for the refactored RT ExternalBugTracker code there is an error in the credentials property. This is due to the urlparse module being treated as the function urlparse.urlparse. This is syntactically valid, hence the fact that lint missed it, but semantically it's rubbish.
The RT code needs to be altered a) to fix this and b) to add a test so that the credentials property is tested correctly.
