Bug Description
Hello
I have a ATI radeon 9200 open source drives (no restricted available) basically the driver works fine, if you are logging on with 1 user account reboot the workstation log in with another users account work perfectly. If you fast user switch between users on the 2nd user account compiz doesn't work
There isn't a crash or any errors
I think its a ATI driver issue!

I forgot to say, I can confirm this on hardy and gusty, which makes me think it must be driver issue
