"Mark as merged" form has wrong revision number as default

Bug Description
The entry field for the "Mark as merged" form has "The revision number on the target branch which contains the merge from the source branch." as the description.
The field is prefilled with the head revision number of the source branch, which is unlikely to be correct. If a branch has just been merged, the head revision number of the target branch would be more appropriate.
