Bug Description
Launchpad currently only sends OpenID SREG info to registered relaying party. Unknown RP don't receive any SREG extensions.
We should allow sending the standard nickname SREG field to all relaying party. This should alleviate the problem exposed in bug 210908.
Ideally, the UI should allow the user to choose which information is sent to the RP. But that's the topic of another bug.
