gdeb package on hoary misses .desktop for file association

Bug Description

After installing gdeb you have to manually set the file association (via a .deb file->right klick->open with->gdeb -I

gdeb is missing a .desktop file for /usr/share/applications and update-desktop-database /usr/share/applications

The desktop file for gdeb is in the gnome-apt package (built from the same source). It claims responsibility for application/x-deb files, although this may not be sufficient.

Yes. When installing gdev I suppose it to set file associations accordingly.
Or at least a note that they're set when installing gnome-apt, but that's not the behaviour a novice user expects.
