disable or correct problems with launchpad

Bug Description

Problems with lauchpad i noticed:
Launchpad way of handling its users not good,i mean editing users profile,preference
>>>suggested me to go to>>>home>users>me not good
1)it needs to have my profile tab
2)dont send me info about the bug on first time >>i created or i posted a question
its rediculos because its information of no use.....contains same info i posted on launchpad website
3)disable or correct double entries into launchpad #bugs
29100 and 29101 are same by same username,same information?

thanks for the bug report.
I don't understand point number 1. Where do you expect to see the "profile tab"?
Issue number 2 is bug 548
I can't see the double entries you're referring to in bugs 29100 and 29101. Can you explain that further?

profile tab can be on my Homepage ie when i enter into launchpad,after login
or put it on home >>my profile.i see box in which i have links to other things why dont you put there like >>>my profile and display a whole page dedicated to me already there but just redirect it.
the ideas 29100 and 29101 are same in title and author who posted it,and both are marked as implemented.its upto to u whether u want to detect duplicates and mark/delete them or keep junk.

oh sorry i just check but i was wrong in that 29100 and 29101 issue but there are still duplicates and we need better detection thanks.

There's a link to your profile in every page. It's your name in the top right side of the page, besides the Log Out button.
