Thanks for your bugreport.

ports.ubuntu.com does not carry source currently, please comment out your deb-src entries as a workaround or make them point to archive.ubuntu.com instead of ports.ubuntu.com

I filed a request to fix this on ports.ubuntu.com so that it carries source or redirects to the right archive automatically.

Setting this to Fix Released, as Update-Manager has a special case implemented to deal with ports.ubuntu.com updates, see DistUpgradeController.py in the source.
