Bug Description
This is a duplicate of bug #214476, which was reported against Launchpad Build System. The problem is actually in the open-iscsi package.
Setting up open-iscsi (2.0.865-1) ...
* iSCSI requires a mounted sysfs, not started.
invoke-rc.d: initscript open-iscsi, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing open-iscsi (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
[...]
Errors were encountered while processing:
open-iscsi
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
apt-get failed.
[...]
And the build is not started.
I don't know the autobuilders configuration but this *might* be a duplicate of bug #208441

Invalidating as I've seen there is "Also affects". Sorry.
