Bug Description
I don't know exactly the cause, but sometimes the process "hald-addon-inpu" eats 100 % of CPU (one full core in my case.)
My hardware is a Thinpad x60 with an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU.
Invoking "sudo /etc/init.d/hal restart" solves the problem once, but this is no fix to the issue.
Additional information: I am running Ubuntu 8.04 for amd64. I upgraded it from Ubuntu 7.10. The problem still shows up with the release candidate system of today (April 21th).
If anybody has an idea, what to do, i would help to find out the exact cause. I just don't know what to do to get more information.
