[KDE4] panel-size limited to 256

Bug Description

Binary package hint: libplasma1

The size of "taskbar"-panel in kde4 is limited to 256 pixels. I want to align it right and with 320 pixel to get a maximum size for windows of 1600x1200 pixel (4:3) on my 1920x1200 pixel wide screen.
