Bug Description

Upon clicking whats this (OpenID), the top right hand side of the page does not indicate that the user is logged in.

The "what's this" link points to https://help.launchpad.net/OpenID, which is the Moin wiki.

This sounds like another case of the similarities between Launchpad pages and the wiki theme confusing users.
