The biggest thing that stands out is a disk with an invalid partition table here. According to the table it is bigger than the partition physically is. You will want to resolve that and see where things are at. I'd think the rest of this stuff should go away.

true um well ... its a raid drive, i'm not very clued up on how to fix that I would guess that it would be an entry in fstab?

this no longer happens, but the fix was something really obvious but I can't remember. screenlets and duplicates of the daemon or main program I think ... ?
