As seen in OOPS-832CCW65 the checkwatches code raised an UnparseableBugData exception.
The exception value is: CSV header mangled: ['<br /><b>fatal error</b>: allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3 bytes) in <b>/home/
