video playback color wrong

Bug Description
Recently after an update all video files have poor color play back in videos. People look green. Stuff is purple that shouldn't be. The desktop looks fine, and jpegs look fine, but video play back isn't.

It seems to be the 'hue' setting is stuck at the wrong setting. It's only for videos, and I didn't change this setting... I can't control the hue from within any of my video players.
