Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I have Ubuntu set to display the time in 24h format. While all other programs I use obey this, Rhythmbox displays 12h formatted time in the "Last Played" and "Date Added" columns.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Set your system time to 24h format (clock preferences)
2) Enable the "Last Played" and "Date Added" columns (rhythmbox preferences)

What should happen:
Times displayed should be in 24h format (eg. Mon 21:34)

What happens:
Times are displayed in 12h format (eg. Mon 09:34 PM) (12h time shouldn't display the leading zero anyway; that denotes 24h time)

Ubuntu Hardy Heron with Rhythmbox 0.11.5-0ubuntu6

the clock setting is not a desktop one but an applet one and rhythmbox follows the locale choice, that's not a bug

Marking this as a duplicate of bug #48128. This is a gnome issue with setting LC_TIME.
