python-csound fails with the following error:

On the contrary of what I've just said, this is not a duplicate because this is simply an upgrade of the package not a dist-upgrade.

This is an intended behavior of pycentral to not overwrite locally installed python modules. So, this is not an error in Ubuntu.
You can either remove the version installed by hand or set overwrite-local=1 in /etc/python/debian_config and retry the upgrade of the package
