I can confirm this, however...
The backtrace is somewhat useless, kdelibs4-dbg and ktorrent debugging symbol packages are necessary at the least to get a non-useless backtrace. As of now kde4libs-dbg can't be installed because of a packaging conflict with the new Qt 4.4 packages. I will try to get a better crash log when the packaging issue is resolved.

version 3.1beta is the latest relase. look for this package to be
upgraded soon.

Here is the same, ktorrent-kde4 3.0.1, generate crash on every exit, either when leaving the desktop and exiting trough file->quit.

Confirming due to backtrace. Can anyone on Intrepid see if this happens with 3.1?
