Bug Description

Binary package hint: xfce4-diskperf-plugin

To reproduce: Install xfce4-diskperf-plugin, configure the plugin
by disabling "Combine Read/Write Data" to get two color bars,
set different colors for "Read" and "Write" by using the color wheel.
Closing the "Settings" dialog will show the correct colors in the plugin.
Reboot the system, the plugin will show the default colors (green and white),
open the "Settings" Dialog, your customized colors will be shown correctly
and after closing the "Settings" Dialog, the correct colors will also be shown
in the plugin again.

I expect the plugin to remember and show the customized colors
after a reboot.
