Bug Description
A 'tick' command is needed, to recalculate task values (snooze, at least) and then re-save task files. This would be run via cron, and causes recurring or snoozed tasks to wake up.
Currently, the tasks do wake up in TKDO, but the changes aren't visible in the task files until those files are saved. A 'tick' command would make the task files change even if the user hasn't touched them.
