Bug Description

Binary package hint: samba

The samba tab located in a folders properties dialog box doesn't interact or share information with the samba program located in system > administration.

I setup a new share on a particular folder in the folder properties tab samba but when i came to administrate the share using the samba program in the system > administration menu, the program believed the folder wasn't even being shared. However it as because i was able to access it, having setup the share using the folders properties dialog.

I'm not 100% sure if the samba program located in the system > administration menu is available by default or whether i installed it separately. However if i did install it separately it will definitely be from synaptic package manager. The name of the program is Samba Server Configuration.
