Search-Citeseer errors when running sudo apt-get upgrade and update

Bug Description

Binary package hint: search-citeseer

When I run sudo apt-get upgrade / update I get the following message everytime:

Setting up search-citeseer (0.3-1) ...
ERROR: emacsen-common being used before being configured.
ERROR: This is likely a bug in the search-citeseer package, which needs to
ERROR: add one of the appropriate dependencies.
ERROR: See /usr/share/doc/emacsen-common/debian-emacs-policy.gz
ERROR: for details.
dpkg: error processing search-citeseer (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
 search-citeseer
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Running Hardy (Ubuntu 8.04)

Might be fixed in newer Ubuntu versions, at least here in Ubuntu 13.04. Is it still an issue for you? Thank you for telling us!
