Bug Description
Users are confused by the fact that there is a bug page not only for projects, but for teams and people too. They expect to find a "Report a bug" or "Ask a question" button, for example to request help from the ~vcs-imports team.
Maybe it would be useful to really have this button, with a list of projects related to the team.
