[intrepid] kdebase should depend on kdebase-workspace

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdebase
For users who want a minimal KDE desktop, installing kdebase is usually the preferred way, since it will install only he components required to ge KDE running, and nothing else.
On a freshly installed Intrepid system, however, this does not work, because some required components are in the kdebase-workspace-* packages. I believe kdebase-workspace should be installed as a dependency of kdebase, so that installing kdebase is the only step required to get a minimal, but functional, KDE desktop.
Version of kdebase: 4:4.0.98-0ubuntu4

kdebase is an upstream package, if you want a meta package you should install kubuntu-desktop or kde4-core.
I'm marking this bug as invalid.
