gnome-obex-server should default to saving in ~/Desktop

Bug Description

gnome-obex-server is an applet that receives incoming files via Obex transfer from Bluetooth devices.

Currently it saves this files into the user's home directory.

For Ubuntu, this default location should probably be changed to the user's visible Desktop, "~/Desktop".

Marking this as fix released since the fix must be released now. There have been multiple updates to the package since April 2006.
