Plasma sometimes shows widget manipulation bar when widgets are locked

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdelibs5
Plasma in KDE 4 has the ability to lock widgets. This should also prevent the bar what makes moving possible and that contains buttons for resizing, removing and configuring from showing. Sometimes, the bar does appear when you move the mouse over the a widget. I have seen it most often with the analog clock widget, but also on other widgets. I can not reproduce it consistently.

I have not seen this since the upgrade to KDE 4.1.1. Can you confirm that it is fixed in this release?
