Transmission ignores adding torrents in 50% cases

Bug Description
Binary package hint: transmission
When transmission is already running and downloading,
and I click to .torrent file in firefox - e.g. ubuntu-
on http://
(and confirm "Open by Transmission" instead of "Save")
in 50% cases nothing happened.
When I click the same file again (and again confirm "Open" in firefox),
it finally displays "Add torrent" dialog.
If not, the third try would probably help then..
