As this is a new upstream version, it needs now a FeatureFreeze exception.

Well, this bug was actually filed before the feature freeze. :-/ bzr-rebase is completely unusable with the current version of bzr in intrepid.

I'm a bit short on time but I'll see if I can add the required bits to this bug in the next week or so.
