Bug Description

Hello!

Xmms's taskbar item blinks on updates in open playlist editor.

To reproduce:
1) Open XMMS. Open playlist editor as well if it's not already there.
2) Add one multiple files to playlist editor, select and play one.
3) Click on main xmms window (to move it, play/pause, set preferences or
anything else).
4) When next song starts or last song ends, xmms's taskbar item starts to blink.

Clicking on playlist editor doesn't help. Minimizing and unminimizing xmms does.
